On Tuesday, June 11, 2024 (aged 33 years) at Christchurch Hospital, surrounded by family and friends. Much loved son and foster-son of Tony and Viv, and Gaylene (and the late Alan) and John. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Katie and Jai, and Angus. Much loved nephew and cousin by all his extended family. Special thanks to Sam's friends and flatmates, and caregivers at Equitas Care for their love, care, and support.
