Dear Jack and Helen, it's such a bitter loss to loose a child even when they’ve long ago flown the coop. And I’m thinking of all your kind, loving support of him.
So my heart goes out to you despite the release from all the difficulties Sam and has had to endure. You’re all in my hearts and thoughts, especially today.

Sam you will be dearly missed. Always loved our times with you playing cricket in the back yard as little kids and looking at all your nic knacks in your bedroom that you collected and crested. Love you Sam. Thanks for being the best cousin.
