Passed peacefully, surrounded by love, on May 18, 2025. Best mate, love of his life and wife to Dean for 33 years. Team mate and cheerleader for longer. Cherished daughter-in-law to Ailsa and Brian. Loved sister and sister-in-law to Stephen, and Racheal and Glenn. Loving girlfriend to Amanda, Trish, and Racheal Thomas, and too many more to list. The Service for Sam will be held in the Lincoln Events Centre, 15 Meijer Drive, Lincoln, on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at 1.00pm. It is Sam's wish that those attending the service be comfortable; so please wear super casual, brightly coloured clothing - shorts and jandals encouraged.
