Peacefully at Clutha Views Lifecare, with Lorraine by her side. Dearly beloved wife of the late George (Geo), most precious loved Mum of Ian and Janet (Balclutha), Lorraine and John Tyro (Temuka), wonderful and caring Nana of Graham and Dora (Sydney), Gary and Jen (Waiouru), Jan and Michael Slattery (Balclutha), Shelley Ross (Dunedin), Tracey and Brett McKersey, Tristin and Lydia Pagey, Bryce and Jordan Pagey (all of Christchurch), treasured great-Nana of Jarad, Brendon, and Hayley Ross; David, Rebecca, and Zak Slattery; Ciaran, and Ronan McKersey; Thaddeus Pagey; Alex and Brad, and Kadee Pagey. A special thank you to Janet for looking after Mum, and the staff at Clutha Views for their wonderful care given to Ruth.
A wonderful baker, great gardener, and passionate bowler.

Due to Covid 19 restrictions, a private cremation has been held. A Memorial service for Ruth will be held at a later date. Messages to 151 Clyde Street, Balclutha 9230.
