Sorry to hear about your loss at the time I was attending to the loss of my Best friend of nearly 60 years

The loss of this great physical presence is huge. I met Russell recently with a view to writing his biography. He told me so many wonderful stories and throughout it all there was Tina, his dear Tina, and other members of his family, always there for him. I was so impressed by this great good man and his abundant love and passion for people and for animals. He will be with the spirit of those great good lions now. He told me that the last time he had a near death experience he felt a huge light coming over him so he knew he would be going to a good place. A good place for a good man. My sympathies to you all, may you follow the lead of that great leading man.

Big Russ was a great person, Father, Grandfather, A person that could always put a smile on your face when you were having a bad day. A man that would give you the shirt off his back. You will be missed, where ever you are I hope your resting peicefully.
