Ross MACKENZIE Obituary
1.8.1947 – 11.2.2026
Loved and devoted husband of Jo. Treasured and much-loved father and father-in-law of Louise and Kent; Andrea (Annie) and Brendon; Michael and Heather; and William. Proud and adored Grandad of Ava, Charlie, Cooper, Archie, Noah, and Grace. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Graeme and Sue, and Andrew and Jacqueline. Ross was the centre of our world - steady, generous, quietly strong, and deeply loving. We were so fortunate to share our lives with him and to be with him when he passed surrounded by love at Burwood Hospital on February 11, 2026, after a challenging journey with dementia. Our hearts are broken, but we are profoundly grateful for every moment we had with him. A memorial service to celebrate Ross's life will be held in April (date and venue to be advised).
