Ross GRANT Obituary

On August 1, 2024, peacefully at WesleyCare in Christchurch, aged 87 years. Loved husband of the late Judith. Dearly loved father of Angela and Peter Dini, Carolyn and Geoff Stuart, and the late Jonathan Grant. Loved and loving Grandad and Great-Grandad. Now reunited in heaven with his beloved wife and son. Many thanks to the staff at WesleyCare for their devotion and commitment to Ross. Messages may be addressed to: The family of the late Ross Grant, PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. In lieu of flowers, donations to Dementia New Zealand would be appreciated, and may be made online at Dementia NZ . A celebration of Ross' life will be held at All Souls Anglican Church, 30 Church Lane, Merivale, on Wednesday, August 7, at 2.30pm.

Very sincere best wishes Angela and Carolyn for the loss of a special person. Judy and Ross were our mentors and babysitters in those early years in Norfolk St/ Mays Rd and were so caring and generous with their time. Then you 2 grew up to take over the babysitting. St Matthews days were special and Ross and I spent time on the Vestry and we all enjoyed fellowship of so many over a long time. Ross will have left you with many memories and treasured times but sad end of a long era. Much love. Gail and Roger Turner
