Ross BERTENSHAW Obituary

Elizabeth, Jeremy and Caitlin, Sarah and Tim, Hamish and Amanda and Ross's dear granchilren would like to thank everyone for the love and support shown to us in so many ways during Ross's illness and since his death. Special thanks to Dr Phillip Gray for his care over many years and also to Christchurch Hospital especially the Oncology and Palliative Care Teams. Our sincere thanks to Fr Alister Castillo and everyone who attended Ross's Requiem Mass - your support was of great comfort to us. Ross was a very special man who we will remember always. As we have received an overwhelming number of cards and flowers please accept this as a personal acknowledgement from us all.
