Rosamund McDONALD Obituary

On Thursday, February 12, 2026, Rosamund passed away peacefully at Nurse Maude Hospice, aged 47 years. Much loved wife of Alistair, devoted Mum of Caitlan, Nia, and Angus, and much loved sister to Iselta and Matthew. A special thanks to the staff at Nurse Maude Hospice for their wonderful care of Rosamund. In lieu of flowers, donations to Nurse Maude would be appreciated, and may be made online at nursemaude.org.nz. Messages may be addressed to: The family of the late Rosamund McDonald, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. A funeral service for Rosamund will be held at the Limes Room, Christchurch Town Hall, on Sunday, February 22, at 12 noon. A private cremation will be held.
