Dear Rose, you are a sparkling diamond amongst gems. Always sparkling and able to bring out the shine in others. I am sorry I cannot be with the whanau whanui today but in my heart, I will be with you all. A special lady who will always be part of the memories from UBlock.

Rose we will miss you - I will never forget your attention to detail with Angela and Richards beautiful Wedding celebration here in Christchurch and the Wedding breakfast Menu you managed from the heart... All those students you gave warmth, caring and needed encouragement to kick start their new Hospitality careers are out there working because you believed in them Arohanui *
