Rosalie LEASK Obituary

Our beautiful Rose passed away peacefully on March 28, 2026, at Ashburton Hospital, age 68. Best friend, soulmate and wife of Matthew Leask, together for 52 years. Adored mother, mother-in-law and friend of Anna and Tim, and Jonathan and Anna. Treasured Nana of Millie and Evie. Deeply loved daughter of Ted and June Woodhouse (deceased); sister and sister-in-law of Greg and Fran, Sharyn (deceased), Andrew and Marie, Leanne (deceased), Rebecca and Danny, Rachel and Maury. Sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunt and uncle, and friends. Messages to the Leask family, PO Box 472, Ashburton 7740. Our family wish to thank the staff at Ashburton Hospital for their exceptional care, compassion and professionalism during Rose's brave fight. As per her wish, a private cremation and interment at Methven Cemetery will be held.
