Ronald SMITH Obituary

Passed away peacefully at Arvida St Albans, on Monday, July 22, 2024, in his 95th year. Dearly loved husband of Helen for 72 years, loved Dad and father-in-law of Ian, Malcolm and Chrissy, Ray and Maggie, Ron and Melinda, and Jeanine, and a much loved Pop of his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The family would like to thank the staff of Arvida St Albans for the care shown to Ron and the family. A celebration of Ron's life will be held in our AvonPark Chapel, corner of Pages and Kerrs Roads, Linwood, on Saturday July 27, at 2.30pm.

My deepest condolences on Rons passing. I have not meet Ron or Helen, but I have heard a lot of you both - with much love. My step mother is Judy Donnelly (nee McMillian/Speight). My dad was Peter Donnelly (He was my adopted dad) - I do think I talked to Aunty Helen on the phone once when I was visiting Peter and Judy. Both have passed, Judy 3yrs ago and Peter nearly 2 years. Anyway I just wanted to pass my condolences on, I know Peter and Judy would have been heartbroken.
