Peacefully at Lister Home, Waimate, on Sunday February 14, 2016; aged 100 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Daphne. Loved father and father-in-law of Pauline and Lawrence Pulford (Timaru) and Shirley and Russell Armstrong (Temuka). Cherished Pop of Andrew and Chantal (Thames Ditton, Surrey, UK), Michael and Pensy (Zurich, Switzerland) and loved great-grandpop of Verity and Theodore (Thames Ditton, Surrey, UK) and Elisha and Josiah (Zurich, Switzerland). A service for Ron will be celebrated at Knox Presbyterian Church, Shearman Street, Waimate on Thursday February 18, 2016 at 1.30pm followed by interment at the Waimate Cemetery.
