Artist, Teacher, Composer Writer, Military man and Rhododendron Breeder. Passed away peacefully with family. Loved and missed Dad to Suzanne Naylor and Elizabeth Milne. Cherished and missed Grandad, to Rexford and Navarone Naylor, survived by Sister Linda. My daughter just asked me if I used to draw when I was little and Ron popped into my head. I have such vivid memories of attending his classes at his home in Avonside, I remember he would treat us to lollies. His house was so intriguing when I was small, beautiful and artsie, and his garden was like a fairytale. Ron was so kind, he would let us adventure and come back to our work when we were ready. Being in his classes was such a safe space for me, even when things were hard at home, Ron made us all feel accepted and special with his praise. A true legend.
