Ron DAY Obituary

It is with great sadness that we farewell Ron, aged 94, who passed away on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at the Bellevue Aged Care Centre and Village, surrounded by family. Dearly loved husband of the late May, father of Marc, Jason and Veronica, and Veronica's children Alex and Anto, grandfather of Brooke and Jake Day, and great-grandfather of Katie. Ron was a much-loved brother-in-law of Betina, John and Paul and uncle to his nephew and nieces. A Service for Ron will be held at St Peter's Anglican Church, cnr of Main South Road and Yaldhurst Road, Sockburn, on Thursday, March 5, at 11.30am, followed by his Committal at Harewood Chapel, Wilkinsons Road, Harewood, Christchurch at 1.00pm.
