Roger SMITH Obituary

Died peacefully at Christchurch Hospital on Sunday, June 8, 2025, aged 80 years. Beloved husband of Jean. Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Damian and Kookai, Yvonne and Phil Giddens. Much loved uncle to his nephews and nieces and their families. Loved brother and brother-in-law to Geoffrey (deceased) and Ann (England), Rupert and Rita Tipples. Many thanks to the staff at Christchurch Hospital and St John for all their care of Roger. In lieu of flowers donations to the Cancer Society would be appreciated and may be made online via their website. A celebration of Roger's life will be held at the John Rhind Chapel, entry from London and Whitmore Streets, on Monday, June 16, 2025 at 1.00pm, followed by a private cremation.
