HOLMES, Roger Percy:
Passed away on May 3, 2015, at Christchurch Hospital. Lyn, Karl and Luella Sluis, Gabrielle Eaton and their families would like to express heartfelt appreciation to all who attended the celebration of Roger's life. Your presence was a great comfort to us. For all the love, support and thoughtfulness, the many cards, letters, phone calls and beautiful flowers we received during this sad time, we thank you so much for your generosity and compassion. We extend our grateful thanks for donations made to the Canterbury Medical Research Foundation in Roger's name. Please accept this as a personal acknowledgement and sincere thank you from us all.
