Rodrigo AVILA Obituary

On November 22, 2024, surrounded by his loving family, peacefully at Christchurch Hospital after a short battle with cancer, aged 75 years. Dearly loved husband of Yolanda, much loved and adored father and father-in-law of Roland and Sue, Rona and Taka, Lanie and Steve, Gregoria and Sidney, Melanie and Jerome, Rodesa and Christopher, Reylan and Renita, Rodelyn and Peter, and Leanne and Asoono, a loving grandfather of his 27 grandchildren. Much loved by all his extended family and friends.

A Requiem Mass will be celebrated in St Teresa of Lisieux Catholic Church, 8 Puriri Street, Riccarton, on Monday, December 2, at 11.00am, followed by burial at the Yaldhurst Cemetery.
