I was lucky enough to be taught by Miss T in Form 1 and 2, one of the best teachers who put up with a bit of cheek from me, which I think she enjoyed. My daughters were so lucky to also be taught by her, and she recognised the family connection straight away. She cared so much for her students and the school. Miss T you are one of a kind, and are greatly missed.

I was lucky enough to have Robyn (Miss T) as both my teacher as well as be first hand witness to her sporting prowess on the badminton court in later years. Robyn, your cheery demeanor & positively will be missed by all those that were lucky enough to have been around you. Condolences to all of the family

Dear Tobeck family
I very much wanted to be at Robyn's funeral today. I found out last evening however that I had Covid and so I had to stay away.
Robyn taught me for three years at Lincoln Primary - Standard 4, Form 1 and Form 2. These were incredibly important years in my life. Robyn was always supportive, caring and full of wisdom. She has been one of the biggest influences in my life. It has thrilled me that our oldest daughter Evie was taught by Robyn in the last couple of years.
While Robyn's funeral is a chance to remember her as a person and the good that she did in the local community, let me say this: when I'd heard that she has passed away I felt that a part of my childhood had ended too. That must surely be the mark of an outstanding teacher.
You all remain in my thoughts and prayers.

Miss T taught my dad and was my teacher for two years in primary school and my sisters teacher last year. You touched many lives with your teaching and it showed how much you enjoyed being a teacher with your positivity in the class. I feel so privileged to have been taught by you. You always brought so much laughter and fun to the class. Always making students have a laugh and putting smiles on their faces with your jokes and sense of humour no matter the day. You will be greatly missed and remembered as an amazing teacher and person forever.

Miss T was an incredible collaborative partner. Always ready with words of support and encouragement. She was not only a great teacher to our tamariki but an incredible mentor to kaiako in the classroom and on the sports field. Rest in peace Robyn, you will be missed but always remembered.

Robyn was the first female secretary of the Christchurch District Young farmers club in 1978. She was also the first female secretary for the South Island Young Farmers Field Days held at Tai Tapu in 1979. I was the Chairman of both committees at the time and Robyn was a great pleasure to work along side.
My condolences to Paul and his family for their sudden loss.

Robyn was always a cheery bright face on the school crossing at Lincoln Primary and I was always surprised and impressed with how she knew my son's name and always said good morning to him. It was very special, and will be warmly remembered. Sending our condolences to your family.

I remember Robyn (Miss T) with the utmost affection. She would have to be the best teacher I had at school and luckily for me she also taught my two children whom both loved her. She gave so much of herself to the children and always had a smile on her face and the best laugh. Sending love to her family, she will be greatly missed.
