Loved father and father-in-law of Marie and Malcolm Campbell, grandad to Aaron and Heydon (and their wives Rachel and Whitney), and great-grandad to Carla, Kaitlyn, Lukas, Deimos and Ezekiel. Loved father also to three deceased children, Jacqueline, Lance and Vicky. Dad, we loved and admired your courage and determination to fight to the end despite your pain and obstacles along the way. We are very proud of you. Don't worry - we will help to look after mum for you. Love you always, we will never forget you.
