Sunrise December 30, 1943 - Sunset May 10, 2024.
Formerly of Scargill, North Canterbury. Robin passed peacefully in the early hours surrounded by family and love. Loved twin son of the late Gilfillan Alexander Greig and the late Eliza Vera Greig (nee Lochhead). Dearly loved brother and brother-in-law of the late George and the late Joy, Wayne and Jo, and twin brother Barry and Trish. Dearly loved husband and soulmate of Christina. Treasured father and father-in-law of Kirsten and Trent, Emily and Dean, and Eion and Chantelle. Devoted Grandfather to Alexa, Nadia, Jensen, and Freya. Much loved uncle to all his nieces and nephews.

Those we love don't go away
They walk beside us every day
Unseen, unheard, but always near
Still loved, still missed and very dear
We wish to acknowledge the loving care of the MDU Christchurch Hospital Nursing Team, Haematology Team, Access District nursing staff and Nurse Maude Hospice during Robin's courageous journey. A celebration of Robin's life will be held in the John Rhind Chapel, entrance from London or Whitmore Streets, on Friday, May 17 at 10.00am.
