Robert SUTTON Obituary
Born December 20, 1933. Passed away peacefully at home in Rotorua, December 9 2016, aged 82. Preceded in death by his wife of 44 years, Noelene. Survived by his children Ang, Rebecca, Steve, Tor and Geoff, and 9.5 grandkids. Funeral at Rotorua Crematorium Chapel, on Thursday, December 15, at 2.00pm. Donations to Rotorua Hospice in lieu of flowers. Email: [email protected]

Dearest Bob...may you fly free and high...we miss you..I just emailed you and had a feeling ..we got the house ..you will be remembered fondly by Pearl who still comes to get her meat from you..and me ..rest well my friend..it's been so nice to know you in the later part of your life..arohanui..blessings to your kids..Shekinah..Otaki..

I worked with Bob in TV and was his cameraman for his News Stories.
We were also was on the first Air New Zealand passenger flight over the ice and filmed some good stories over Antartica. Regards to you all who are left, he was a great guy to work with.

Bobs son Geoff used to play soccer with our son while Noeline made the team tracksuits. Many an evening was spent laughing with him at Rangers quiz nights. He was a true gentleman and a lovely family man.
