Robert Alexander (Bob):
On May 4, 2021, peacefully at Parkstone Care Home with loved ones beside him. Dearly loved husband of Marguerite (deceased), precious son of the late Olive Nixon, loved and treasured brother of Rosemary and brother-in-law of David, loved brother-in-law of Christine and Gavin, Robert and Julie, Alison and Tony, Ngaire, and Janice, loved uncle Bobby to his North Island McGall family. The family would sincerely like to thank all of the staff at Parkstone Care Home for the loving care given to Bob. A special thank you to Dr Van Rij for his exceptional support and care of Bob over so many years. Messages may be addressed to The Family of the late Bob Nixon, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. In lieu of flowers, donations to Nurse Maude Association would be appreciated, and may be made at the service. A Celebration of Bob's life will be held in our Westpark Chapel, 467 Wairakei Road, Burnside, Tomorrow (Tuesday), at 2.00pm.
