Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by love. Deeply respected and adored brother, cousin, uncle, dad, grandpa, and "gwampa wob". Cherished friend of many who lived a life dedicated to thinking of those around him. Skilled woodturner, toymaker, and life-long tinkerer. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Heartfelt thanks to all involved in his care, with special appreciation to the staff at St. George's Cancer Care, Christchurch Public Hospital Oncology, and Nurse Maude Hospice. The memorial service to celebrate Rob's life will be held at The Miles Group Lounge, Hagley Oval, on Tuesday, August 26, at 11.00am. In lieu of flowers, donations to Nurse Maude Hospice are appreciated.
