Robert EVANS Obituary

On April 16, 2025, passed peacefully with family and friends in care, aged 58 years. Former husband and life friend of Rachel. Loved and respected father of Alex and Logan. Cherished grandfather of Parker and Eden. And a very special friend to many. Heartfelt thanks to the Nurse Maude team for their support. Bob has set off on his next great adventure. May he find peace, laughter, and open skies ahead. In lieu of flowers, donations to Nurse Maude would be appreciated. Messages may be addressed to the family of the Late Robert Evans, c/o Hope Funerals Christchurch, 27 Amyes Road, Hornby, Christchurch 8042. The Funeral Service for Bob will be held at Linwood Union Church, on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, 1.00pm.

So very sad to learn of Bob's passing and sending his family and friends much strength at this time. I had the fortune of meeting Bob at Nurse Maude many months ago and it was a pleasure helping to care for him there. I shall remember Bob as a gentle and kind soul with a gift for inquisitive conversation. It was always a delight to chat with him and I shall miss his presence at NM.
