BUCKLEY, Robert Sydney (Bob) - Bob passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 23, 2013, after patiently suffering from cancer. Loved son of Jean and Keith Buckley (both deceased), loved brother and brother-in-law of Raymond (deceased) and Dot Buckley, Barbara and Colin Wells (both deceased), Elaine June Atkin, Keith and Margaret Buckley, Albert and Kyra Buckley, Harold (deceased), Margaret and Tony Nixon, Jewel and Ben Te Karu, Des and Lyn Buckley. A loved uncle to his nieces and nephews. Father to Donna Buckley, and Cheryl Walles. Long time companion and friend of Patricia Finnie (Pat) and her family. Friend to many in the Kaituna and Little River area. No flowers by request but donations to Nurse Maude would be appreciated and may be made at the service. Messages c/- Simplicity Funerals, 2 Langstone Lane, Papanui, Christchurch 8052. Bob's Funeral will be held at Kaituna Valley Anglican Church, Kaituna on Thursday, June 27, at 11.00 a.m. burial thereafter in the church cemetery.
