Richard RYAN Obituary
(Senior Sergeant, NZ Police)
On July 26, 2016, at Nurse Maude Hospice, aged 41 years. Dearly loved husband of Leanne, loved father of Mikayla, Caitlin, Brooke, and Isla, loved son of Richard and the late Glenys, and brother of Jacqui-Ellen, Bernadette, and Nicholas.
Rest in peace.
Special thanks to the caring and dedicated staff of the Oncology Ward at Christchurch Hospital and Nurse Maude Hospice. Messages may be addressed to The Family of the late Richard Ryan, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. In lieu of flowers, donations to Nurse Maude Hospice would be appreciated and may be made at the Mass. The Funeral Mass for Richard will be celebrated in St Mary's
Pro-Cathedral, 373 Manchester
Street, Tomorrow (Friday), at 10.00am, private interment thereafter.

Oh my goodness what a shock! Condolences to the whanau. My mother Alison used to work for Richard Ryan Snr and Glenys Ryan when they were managing Gaines House (hostel for John Paul College) here in Rotorua. I have fond memories of Richard Jnr, Jacqui-Ellen, Bernadette and Nicholas. So sad! RIP :(

RYAN, Richard James:
Died peacefully at Nurse Maude Hospice. We bid farewell of our loved family member following a short illness. Sorely missed by his father Richard and late mother Glenys Ryan. Jacqui-Ellen and Cameron Price; Bernadette Ryan-Hopkins and Gareth Hopkins; and Nicholas and Amelia Ryan. Loved Uncle to all of his nieces and nephews.
