Richard George (Dick):
Passed away February 8, 2022, at Kensington Court. Son of the late Alfred and Divina Hurst, brother of Mary and half-brother to Jack, Shirley and Elsie. Father of Danna and Steve Challies, Rachael Hurst, and Vivienne. Grandfather of Paris, Cara, Ben, Luke, Marcus and Emma. Uncle of James and Matthew. There will be a memorial service for Richard at Shone and Shirley at a date to be advised, followed by a private interment. The family would like to thank the following: Dr Knight (Snr and Jnr), Mr Merv Huston (Knapps), Pat Heaphy (Home caregivers), The staff of Otumarama, Whareama and Kensington Court and also Russell and Miley. Messages can be sent to the family c/- 164 Tahunanui Drive, Nelson 7011.
