Richard BROADFOOT Obituary

It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Mike on August 24, 2024. Beloved husband of Jo. Loved father and father-in-law of Duncan and Melissa, and Erin. Dearly loved grandad of Jackson, Bella, Daisy and Charlie. Loved brother of John (dec) and Catherine. A Memorial Service to celebrate Michael's life will be held at the Willowby Hall, 475 Longbeach Road, Ashburton, on Friday, September 6, 2024, commencing at 2.00pm.

Michael and I performed as page boys in our school´s production of Shakespeare´s play The Merchant of Venice all those years ago. We stayed in contact. Very sorry to learn of his death. He was a great guy.
