On Friday, June 2, 2023, Rex died peacefully at Banbury Park Rest Care after a brief illness, in his 91st year. Dearly loved and devoted husband to Frances for 66 years. Much loved father and father-in-law to Philip and Margaret; Jo-Anne and Paul (Campbell), Inga and Francis (Vallance), Richard and Andrea; Amanda and Neil (Stewart). Loving grandad and great-grandad to his grandchildren. A special thanks to the staff at Banbury Park Rest Care for their wonderful care of Rex. Messages may be addressed to The Family of the late Rex Paulsen, c/- PO Box 31300, Ilam, Christchurch 8444. A Celebration of Rex's life will be held at St Stephen's Anglican Church, Cnr of James and Edward Streets, Lincoln, on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, at 1.30pm.
