Reinhart Hugo Michael:
(O.B.E.)
Of Christchurch. Passed away on Friday, August 3, 2018, at Ilam Life Care – Senior Living, Christchurch, aged 97 years. Dearly loved husband and best friend of Hilary for 66 years. Much loved father and father-in-law of Timothy and Sheran, Lesley, Lisa and John, Simon and Andrea. Treasured grandfather of Claire, Phoebe and Max (England); Sarah and Anna (NZ); Kate (Abu Dhabi), and Timothy (NZ). Special brother of Irene (France), and the late Conrad. Special thanks to all the caring staff at Ilam Senior Living. Messages may be addressed to The Family of the late Reinhart Langer, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. In lieu of flowers, and in memory of Reinhart, donations to the Christchurch City Mission would be appreciated, and may be made at the service. A Service to celebrate Reinhart's life will be held in the Christ's College Chapel, Rolleston Avenue, Christchurch, on Wednesday, August 15, at 3.30pm. Private cremation to follow.

My sincerely condolences to you Mrs Langer and your family. I have many fond memories of 'Prof' and remember him with great fondness and appreciation of my time working for him at Lincoln.
