Raymond ROCHFORD Obituary

Passed away peacefully at Burwood Hospital on January 22, 2026, aged 85 years. Much loved husband of Lois. Loved father of Stuart, Graeme and Blair, loved father-in-law to Sharon, Katrina and Karin. Loved grandfather to Jared, Paige, Maddie, Ethan, Joshua, Kimberley, Tia, Shae and Kia, loved great-grandfather to Layken, Archie and Benson. Loved brother-in-law and Uncle to many nieces and nephews. Messages for the Rochford Family may be sent to 58 Coleridge Street, Sydenham, Christchurch 8023. A Requiem Mass for Mickey will be Celebrated at Our Lady of Victories Catholic Church, 106 Main South Road, Sockburn, on Tuesday, January 27, at 11.00am.

Shared many happy hours in the early days at school, on the rugby field, the sawmill and socially.

Sincerest condolences to Lois and the Brereton side of the family.. Although we had a distant acquaintance with Mickey we remember his Company as a very likeable Man and know that he will be dearly missed by all family.
