Hello there. I am very sorry to hear of Mr Pearson's passing. My condolences to his family and friends. I am a friend of Ray George Pearson in Hawke's Bay who is now 83 and trying to work out if he came from Westport as part of a family tree I am building. If anyone can help me, that would be much appreciated.

Sending condolences to Karen and Ray's families, have many fond memories of Ray driving a truckload of ponies around the coast shows, and sometimes heading further to show the Cantabrians how to jump! Thanks Ray for all you have done for riders and ponies over the years with your wonderful grin and sense of humour. Amanda Butler nee Plumridge

Thank you Ray, for all your help & guidance with my ponies. You always knew the best lines to take in the jump offs in the showjumping. I admired you & looked up to you & have fond memories of the show circuits. You are a true horseman & a gentleman. My condolences to Karen & Ray's family. He was one of the best!
