Raymond Lawrence:
Passed away peacefully after a short battle with cancer, on April 11, 2016, at Dove Cottage, Caloundra (Qld, Australia), in his 76th year. Most deeply loved husband, soulmate and best friend of Jan, treasured dad, father-in-law and grandad Ray of Vicki, Roger, Amelia and Matt Lay (Chch)m and Mark, Sally, Courtney, Emily and Sam Milner (Ashburton). Dearly loved stepdad and grandad Ray of Karl, Donna, Danielle and Tayla Hansen (Levin) and Jeremy Hansen (Napier). Dearest brother and brother-in-law of Avis and Colin King (Chch). Ray was privately cremated at his own request.
"Nothing can ever take away the love a heart holds dear.
Fond memories linger every day, remembering keeps him near!"
A Celebration of Ray's Life will be held at the MSA Bowling Club, 115 Racecourse Road,
Ashburton, on Wednesday,
April 27, 2016, at 2.00pm. Messages to 38a Burnett Street, Ashburton.
