Raymond HILL Obituary
Passed away peacefully on May 11, 2025, at Rangiora, aged 87 years, surrounded by his family. Loved son of the late Stan and Nola Hill. Dearly loved husband of Elaine. Much loved father and father-in-law of Phil and Debbie, Geoff and Vicky, Sharyn and Graham. Much loved Grandad (Grumps) to Kaide, Sam, Kathryn, Savannah, Mykelti, Luke and Zak. Much loved Great-Grandad (Pops) to Carmen, James, Jackson and Mason. A special thanks to Andrea for all the care she gave Ray. Also a special thanks to the wonderful staff at Ryman Hospital (Rangiora).
He will be missed but will be in our hearts forever. Now free roaming the hills he loved so much. Rest easy.

I have known Ray for 30 years.A good hardworking guy who loved his family and would do all he could to improve their lives.
A man of many and varied talents a builder and second to none on a dozer or digger no matter how high or steep.I enjoyed the many and varied stories he used to tell.Rest in peace old friend whilst you look out over your loved ones.
