Rachel SMITH Obituary
Suddenly on 12 February, 2016. Dearly loved daughter of Rick and Jo, loved sister of Peter
and Bethany, loved granddaughter of Maree Osborne and Jean Smith. In lieu of flowers donations to The Tear Fund would be appreciated and may be made at the service. A service to celebrate Rachel's life will be held in the Transitional Cathedral, 234 Hereford Street, on Monday, February 22, at 10.30am. Private cremation thereafter.

Rachel was the most beautiful soul i have ever met. Her smile alone could light up the room. The love she had for her friends and family was a treasure in its self and the most warming presence anyone could ask for. I am truly grateful to have had the privilege to have Rachel in my life. She will always be in my heart.
