Jen, I'm so sorry for your loss. I played basketball with Phil years ago at the Aranui Club. Phil was always welcoming and a caring cheerful fellow. His legacy lives on as one of the respected founders of the club, well liked by all those who played with him and celebrated with him over the years. kind regards to you and your family at this sad time.

It was such a privilege and honor to know Phil after the Canterbury Ram basketball games back in the 90's. He was an incredibly smart, a real gentleman and has got a good sense of humour. It was nice of Phil to attend my late brother Philip two years ago. May his memory live on forever."

Died July 20, 2022 peacefully after a short illness, aged 65. Beloved son of Brenda and Ormond (Hap) Hill. Brother to Deb Hobson and Nick Hill, and uncle to Jess.
