To Jacqui, John, and Beth.
I must pass on my greatest sympathy to you and all your family on the passing of Phil.
I apologise for the lateness, but I have just seen the notice today, 16/10/24.
I first met Phil through hockey in Manawatu, and through my work experience in Pharmacy throughout the Manawatu area.
I had the privilege of working with him in Levin, and I am sure he will be missed greatly by friends, family, and work colleagues.
May he rest in peace. Thinking of you all, Neil

Dear Beth and John and family,
So saddened to hear of Philip´s passing. I have many fond memories of Horowhenua College days, Hockey and of course our time as pharmacy students and working together over the summer holidays in the pharmacy. He was kind, supportive and certainly enjoyed a joke or two.
My thoughts are with you all.
Much love

Dear Jacqui and Family
I had the great pleasure of playing hockey with Phil, and being coached by him for about 10 years. He was dedicated and creative. His open thinking, light touch and human intuition made us better players, and encouraged us to think more broadly not just about the sport, but about developing our lives through our 20s. He had such a positive impact on me. He was one of the good guys.
My thoughts are with you and the family.

Beth and John. We are so sorry to learn of Phil's passing. You Berrys are 'iconic' in the Levin Pharmacy scene as so well appreciated by your customers. Phil carried on the tradition; it was always a pleasure to exchange a few business views with him especially in recent years. Sincere sympathy

Dear Jacqui and family. So sorry to hear of your overwhelming loss of Phil at such a young age. I really can't get my head around it. He was one of the best bosses I have ever worked for; kind, sensitive and always seeing the potential in people. I also went to the same High school as him, and my father and his were pharmacist colleagues in Levin. The world is a lesser place without him in it. Kia kaha
