Peter WESSMAN Obituary

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Peter, on February 26, 2025; aged 83. Dearly loved husband of Tricia for 58 years. Much loved father and father-in-law of Helen and Lawrence, and Clare and Michael. Adored grandfather of Jessica and Andrew, Jacinta and Nathan, Miranda, Courtney and Paige. Loved great-grandfather of Riley, Avalea, and Amelia.
"Forever in our hearts"
The family wish to thank Dr Simon Scholz and the staff at Wai-iti House Medical Centre for their care of Peter. A family Graveside Service has been held.

Condolences Tricia. Peter and you were part of the State Insurance family of managers who attended conferences and reunions. At our reunion earlier in March 2025 we shared a moment of silence to remember Peter and our other colleagues who have died. May Peter rest in peace.

This sad news brought back some amazing memories of trips to Surfers Paradise back in the '90's with State. Peter was a fabulous pianist and we had many hours into the night when he played and we 'sang'. Great sense of humour and a true gentleman. Thank you Pete. Our photos are lasting.....
