On Tuesday, July 29, 2025, passed away peacefully in Christchurch at Avonlea Rest Home in his 80th year. Loved husband of June for 58 years. Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Brent and Melissa, Jason and the late Trish, Shane and Liana, Donna Manson and the late Darren. Loved Grandad of Grant, Bella, James, Jared, Jack, Seth, Erica, and Benji. Many thanks to the staff at Avonlea for their compassionate care of Peter. The funeral service for Peter will be held at Oaklands, corner Halswell Junction and Wigram Roads, Halswell, on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at 10.30am, followed by private cremation.
