Passed away peacefully on January 2, 2023, aged 87 years. Dearly loved husband of Moira, loved father of Janice, Lynne, Helen, and David, loved father-in-law, grandad, great-grandad, and friend to many. Messages to the Kelly family, C/- PO Box 35, Rangiora 7440. A Memorial service for Peter will be held at Northbrook Chapel, Spark Lane (off Northbrook Road), Rangiora, on Wednesday, January 11, at 1.00pm.
