Peter DEARSLEY Obituary
Peter John (Pete):
Passed away November 29, 2022, aged 78 years. Dearly loved partner of Pauline Gibbs. Loved father of Paul, Liam and Catherine. Loved grandfather of Tamara, Janjila, Sangdow and Noah. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Anne (deceased), Mike (deceased) and Judy, David and Toni, Sue and Francis and Tim and Jo. Loved uncle and great-uncle of many. Fondly thought of and respected by all of Pauline's extended family. A lovely man of integrity, he will be greatly missed. Special thanks to Tim and all involved with Pete's welfare at Russley Village Hospital Care. Messages may be addressed to the family of the late Peter Dearsley, c/- 19 London Street, Richmond, Christchurch 8013. A service to celebrate Pete's life will be held in the John Rhind Chapel, entrance from London and Whitmore Streets, on Monday, December 5, at 10.00am. Private interment thereafter.

So sorry to hear of Peter's passing. Our families have a long history, remembering his parents (and Judy the dog), tunnels under the sand at Woodend, lots of family gatherings:) sorry I can't be there with you..
