Peter CROPPER Obituary
On October 13, 2022, passed away at the age of 85, peacefully at St Andrew's Village, Glendowie, after a life thoroughly well-lived. Beloved husband of Fay Cropper and much-loved father of Amanda, Susie and Annabel. Granddad of Bruno, Scarlett, Sam and Mika. A service will be held at St Marks, Remuera, on Saturday, October 22, at 1.00pm. In place of flowers, a donation to Dove Hospice would be appreciated.

Dear Fay and girls, I am so sad to read of Peter´s passing, and although years and years have gone by, my memory as a Karitane nurse in your home, was so happy.
You were such a lovely couple and I remember lots of laughs and the odd gin ... I think you even came to my wedding to Bill Abbott in 73´?
I have tried to find an address for you but no luck, so my thoughts and love are here to you all..

Peter and I were both on the Shaw Saville ship Tamaroa while emigrating from Southampton, UK to Auckland, New Zealand in October 1954. We were both 17. My wife and I were very sad to hear of his death. David Buckle

Sincere condolences to all the Cropper family. I well remember Peter as somewhat reserved but a real gentleman completely focused on his work in his position he held at the time in the Chemicals Dept of Neill, Cropper & Co. Ltd .Really well liked by all.
