Pauline PRENDERGAST Obituary

Passed away peacefully in Christchurch, with loving family by her side, on March 23, 2026, aged 91. Dearly loved wife of the late Dick, loved Mum and mother-in-law of Ray and Vicki Venis, Greg Venis, and the late Ken Venis, and Chris Venis, a loved step-mum and mother-in-law of Trevor and Rosalie Prendergast, Susan and John Liddell, Micky and Wendy Prendergast, Sharon and David Hahn, and Graham and Gillian Prendergast, treasured Grandma and Grandma Paulie of 16 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren, a respected friend of the late Neville Venis, a loved member of the Bradley, Venis, and Prendergast families and a friend of many. The family would like to acknowledge the wonderful staff at Bethesda Care Home, Bishopdale, and the former Ziman House staff for their genuine, loving care of Pauline and support of the family. A Funeral Service to celebrate Pauline's life will be held at The Reefton Club Tomorrow, Saturday, at 11.30am, followed by burial at the Burkes Creek Cemetery.
