My condolences to the family. I have so many memories of Pauline from childhood in Clitheroe before the family left for New Zealand, to more recent memories of our visits to New Zealand and spending time with her. I also remember visiting her in Hemel Hempstead in 1964 and her visit to my parents in Clitheroe with Stefan in 1972 when we also had Uncle George and cousins from Canada visiting.
We kept in touch by letter for many years and while I didn´t hear from her in the last two years I will always have fond memories of our times together.

My sincere condolences to Pauline's family. It was in May 1949 when Uncle Jack, Aunt Lilian, Peter, Pauline and Harvey left England. They sailed to Canada and took a train to Brockville and visited Lilian's brother George, Marion and family at Harlem, Ontario. They wanted to see Lilian and George's mother who had been in Canada visiting since the previous August. The Corbett's then took the train to Vancouver and sailed to New Zealand. I remember their visit as I was six at the time. Peter and Pauline attended school with me the week they were visiting.
