Dear Anne. So sorry to read about Paul passing away. Such a kind, gentle man. He will always be remembered.

My sincere sympathies in losing your soulmate are with you Anne.
I loved working with Paul at Crop & Food and you were the most caring couple we could have had, especially through that dreadful disaster in 2003.
One never forgets such amazing people.

I had the privilege of working as Paul´s Executive Assistant in 2004/05, not long after the 2003 air crash. He was a truly inspirational leader and a genuinely lovely man, whose compassion and humanity shone through at a very difficult time. We were all proud to work alongside him. My heartfelt thoughts are with Anne, who has lost her beloved soulmate. Paul will be remembered with great respect and affection.

Paul was our leader at Crop & Food Research when we needed one most after the 2003 air crash. Paul's compassion and dedication to his staff over this time was exemplary, a lesson in leadership. Never forgotten by us all. RIP Paul.
