I have many memories of sharing happy times with Paul at the Burnside Park Tennis Club. My condolences to Paul´s family. Being currently overseas I will, unfortunately, be unable to attend the funeral.

Carl and Jane, John and I send our sympathy and love to you both. Right from when we first meet Paul when he married Helen,my cousin, we loved him. Such a gentle honest sincere person and his faith shone through all the time. He was always there to help if needed . May He be at Peace and reunited with Helen. Hugs to you all. Lyndsay and John

We are much saddened by Paul's departure, for Carl and Jane especially but for your families too, and for all of Paul's very many friends. Paul will be remembered above all as a gentleman [and Helen as a gentle lady]. RIP.

Paul´s death leaves a huge gap in our community. I remember him fondly for his quiet compassion, his professional integrity, his beautiful mind and questing faith. Paul was also a shining example to us all in the way he cared for his wife Helen throughout her long illness. Surely, his path to eternity is strewn with goodness and mercy.

On behalf of the members of the Burnside Park Tennis Club, we offer our sincere condolences to Jane and Carl. Paul will be missed from our tennis courts. He was a true gentleman. RIP Paul.
