Very Sad to hear of Shorty's passing. My deepest condolences to Brian's (Shorty's) whanau. I had the pleasure of serving with shorty in Cambodia back in 1992, we were roomies and he was very entertaining and a good laugh. I'll always have fond memories of shorty and his little escapades, his laugh, positive attitude and good character. Gone too soon, but will always be remembered. Rest in Peace Shorty.

Yes sad to hear of Shorty's passing and condolences to his family. However its easy to smile remembering his dedication to the trade, his uplifting demeanor, sense of humour and his distinctive laugh. A solid and Top block gone too soon, rest in peace Shorty.

Very sad to hear the news of Brian's passing. Known to all of us as Shorty. He was a man of many passions, old motorbikes and the odd old car to name a few. It was a pleasure to have served with him. My he rest in peace.
