Paul Parker Obituary

Father, son, brother, friend. Paul Charles Parker 56 of Woodbridge, NJ, formerly of Westfield,  passed away  on Monday November 10, 2025 at RWJ - Rahway Hospital in Rahway, NJ.

 A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, November 20, 2025 from 5pm to 7 pm at the Rossi Funeral Home 1937 Westfield Avenue, Scotch Plains, NJ.

Paul was born and grew up in Brooklyn,, NY. Spent many years in Texas. Raised his sons in Westfield, NJ with his ex wife Jennfier Weiss. 

 Paul worked for the past 31 years in construction, most recently with Schimenti Construction, NYC, NY.  Spearheading the first project to open after 9-11 in manhattan.

 Paul loved NYC and was proud to be a part of the rebuilding of manhattan. Paul was revered by all his colleagues. Paul enjoyed playing cards, chess and singing. He loved Jell Roll, Billy Joel and Peter Gabriel. You could always find him singing while cooking chicken cutlets on a Sunday afternoon for his sons. 

Paul is predeceased by his father Warren and brother Robert. 

He is survived by his wife Juliete, Sons Anthony and wife Juliana, and Paul. His mother Theresa Ann Carter, Brothers Jay, Warren, Chris and sister Diana Lara and husband Ray.
