Paul Lawrence:
On June 21, 2022, peacefully at Christchurch Hospital surrounded by his family. Truly loved husband of Chris for 42 years, a very much loved father and father-in-law of Matt and Kath, Amy and Gareth, and devoted grandad of Mason, Logan, and Neave; Ivy, Jax, and Cohen. Messages may be addressed to The Family of the late Paul Lawrence, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. A Celebration of Paul's life will be held in our Westpark Chapel, 467 Wairakei Road, on Wednesday, June 29, at 10.00am.

Paul was a wonderful person and a great character and he will be sorely missed. His involvement with the rugby team when I was involved was superb and anything asked of him was never a problem. He was very supportive of the team in many ways and was also very vocal in his support of the team even if at times it was extreme. He was continually asking how we could make the team better. He cared. Rest in peace.
